Are you ready to elevate workplace management and security to new heights? Join our dynamic team as a Global IT Workplace Engineer in Waalwijk and help us create an innovative digital environment for our global workforce.

 

What will you do?

You will be responsible for designing and globally implementing a modern digital workplace (based on Microsoft Autopilot technology). This workplace must be technically up to spec, secure by design, requires zero-touch and is user-friendly. You focus on all technical aspects and, equally important, on how people want to work. You will work directly with other IT teams such as Local IT and stakeholders like MarCon and HR to build the total solution.

You will report to the Global IT Infrastructure Manager and be part of a team of 7 colleagues.

 

What tools can you use?

  • All Microsoft has to offer is available to you (Intune, Office365, Azure, Windows11, AAD, security, etc). Special tools and infrastructures are added when needed.
  • Next to the tech stack, business-related applications need to be seamlessly integrated like Teams, Intranet and workflow (Power platform)
  • Especially in self-service and workflow we expect you to make considerable improvements for our 2000 end-users.

 

Who are you?

We're looking for an experienced IT professional with a strong background in Information Technology and a passion for delivering exceptional end-user experiences. You are a problem-solver and a collaborative team player who can navigate complex organizational challenges with ease. Next to that:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT domain. And preferably, expertise in IT security
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Relevant Microsoft or other technology certifications are a pre

 

What do we offer?

  • Salary from €4.446 to €5.548 based on 40 hours per week excluding 8% holiday pay 
  • A 13th month (8.33%) 
  • You start with a one-year contract and if the collaboration is successful, there will be an extension for an indefinite period
  • This concerns a 24 – 40 hours p/w position in Waalwijk 
  • Travel costs: €0.23 per km for a maximum of 50 km one way when traveling to the work address.   
  • Good pension scheme (employer contribution = average 19%, employee contribution up to an annual salary of € 51,800 (2025) premium-free, above that 7% employee premium  
  • Possibility to work from home and working from home allowance of €2 net/day 
  • You get 29 days of vacation and the option to buy 8 additional days of vacation 
  • You have €750 personal budget for sustainable employability in 2025
