Do you enjoy turning complex financial data into clear business insights and ensuring accurate global reporting? We are looking for a Senior Reporting Specialist who combines strong consolidation expertise with analytical skills and enjoys working in an international environment. In this role, you ensure reliable global financial reporting while helping shape the future of reporting, consolidation and business insights within an international organization. You will also play a key role in the acquisition and integration projects l shaping the future reporting landscape of the organization.

 

What are you going to do?

  • Lead the monthly consolidation process for more than 50 global entities in SAP BPC, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Prepare monthly management and stakeholder reporting and provide insightful financial analyses.
  • Support the preparation of IFRS consolidated financial statements, annual reports and external audits.
  • Drive continuous improvements through automation, standardization and optimization of reporting processes.
  • Support M&A and integration activities and contribute to the successful integration into the reporting environment.

 

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Economics.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in an international reporting environment or with a Big Four firm.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and experience with SAP BPC; HFM experience is an advantage.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI and MS Office skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and a proactive, hands-on mindset

  • A competitive salary: €5,789 – €7,805 based on a 40-hour workweek (depending on knowledge and experience).
  • 8% holiday allowance and a 13th month (8.33%).
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per km up to a maximum of 50 km one way.
  • 29 vacation days per year on a full-time basis, including the option to purchase 8 additional days.
  • Employee pension contribution is premium-free up to a salary of €64,479. Above this salary, the employee contributes 7%.
