As a Financial Controlling & Tax Accountant at Stahl, you will play a key role in both financial consolidation and global tax reporting. You will be part of a dynamic and growing international organization, contributing to accurate and timely financial and tax reporting, as well as supporting strategic business initiatives. Reporting to the Consolidations & Reporting Manager, with a dotted line to the Head of Tax, you will collaborate across departments and with regional controllers worldwide.

What are you going to do?
• Support monthly and quarterly group financial reporting and consolidation using HFM.
• Manage global tax reporting processes, including Pillar 2 and transfer pricing compliance.
• Prepare quarterly tax schedules and manage tax provisions and cash tax forecasts.
• Collaborate with regional controllers on closings, budgeting, and audit support.
• Contribute to M&A-related reporting processes and support external audit deliverables.
What do you bring?
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Accounting or related field, with 6+ years’ experience in finance and tax accounting.
• Strong IFRS and tax reporting knowledge; experience in a Big Four firm or international company is preferred.
• Proactive and hands-on mentality, able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP, SAP-BPC, and HFM is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What do we offer?
• Salary from € 5.789,- to € 7.578,- based on 40 hours per week excluding 8% holiday pay
• A 13th month (8.33%)
• You start with a one-year contract and if the collaboration is successful, there will be an extension for an indefinite period
• This concerns a 36 – 40 hours p/w position in Waalwijk
• Travel costs: €0.23 per km for a maximum of 50 km one way when traveling to the work address.
