As a Holdings Financial Controller at Stahl, you will play a vital role in maintaining financial integrity and driving reporting excellence within our central legal entities. You will be part of a dynamic and growing international organization and contribute to a wide range of financial activities including accounting, tax, treasury, and financial reporting. Reporting directly to the Consolidations & Reporting Manager, you’ll act as a key business partner to multiple corporate departments, supporting our strategic and operational goals.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across Finance, IT, HR, R&D, and Treasury, with international exposure and responsibility for several critical financial processes. What are you going to do?
• Lead the monthly financial close and reporting for holding entities, including reporting via SAP-BPC and coordination with foreign subsidiaries.
• Oversee tax and treasury processes, including daily banking transactions, corporate income tax recording, and transfer pricing documentation.
• Act as a financial liaison to corporate departments and local controllers, ensuring IFRS compliance and internal alignment.
• Prepare annual accounts, budgets, intercompany recharges, and provide input for audits and M&A projects.
• Maintain the global Chart of Accounts and act as SAP BPC and banking administrator.
What do you bring?
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Economics or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in controlling or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax reporting, and treasury processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Dutch, with a proactive and pragmatic approach.
• Full-time availability and the ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment.

What do we offer?
• Salary from € 5.789,- to € 7.578,- based on 40 hours per week excluding 8% holiday pay
• A 13th month (8.33%)
• You start with a one-year contract and if the collaboration is successful, there will be an extension for an indefinite period
• This concerns a 36 – 40 hours p/w position in Waalwijk
• Travel costs: €0.23 per km for a maximum of 50 km one way when traveling to the work address.
