Do you enjoy translating complex business data into actionable insights that improve operational and commercial performance? We are looking for a Business Analyst who combines strong financial and analytical skills with a passion for digital transformation. You will act as a trusted business partner for Operations and Commercial teams, helping shape data-driven decision-making across our global organization while driving innovation through Power BI, AI and Copilot.

 

What are you going to do?

  • Act as a finance business partner for Operations and Commercial teams, translating data into meaningful business insights.
  • Develop and improve Power BI dashboards, KPIs and management reports that support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and optimize reporting processes using AI, Copilot and modern BI solutions.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, investment decisions and profitability analyses across products, customers and regions.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Commercial and IT teams to improve business performance and data quality.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and strengthen business control.

 

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics & AI or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, FP&A or business controlling within an international environment.
  • Strong experience with Power BI, Microsoft Excel, SAP and affinity with AI and Copilot.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and digitalization.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.

What do we offer?

  • A competitive salary: €5,076 – €6.537 based on a 40-hour workweek (depending on knowledge and experience).
  • 8% holiday allowance and a 13th month (8.33%).
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per km up to a maximum of 50 km one way.
  • 29 vacation days per year on a full-time basis, including the option to purchase 8 additional days.
  • Employee pension contribution is premium-free up to a salary of €64,479. Above this salary, the employee contributes 7%.
