Job Requirement 
Education Background 
Bachelor or above degree in Chemistry Science, preferably in Coating, polymer or fine chemicals industry. 
Relevant Working Experience 
Above 5 years independent development experience of water base and UV printing coatings and varnishes.
Know well about printing process with water base and UV printing coatings and varnishes on paper and film.
Multinational company work experience. 
English language capability, good in oral and writing.
Computer skills, Microsoft Office and SAP is must.

Job Responsibilities 
1.    Implement R&D development projects and carry out lab work in order to develop new formulations/products for the company.
2.    Analyze and/or evaluate competitive samples brought back by Marketing Manager in order to improve the quality of existing products and to develop new products.
3.    Assist in issuing Bill of Material/manufacturing procedures, define QC parameters, verify test methods in order to ensure production according to specifications and quality, provide advice regarding quality control.
4.    Analyze, test and rework substandard goods/raw materials/slow-moving products based on Marketing’s requests in order to sell reworked products and reduce inventory.
5.    Analyze and test new sources of raw materials and finished goods in order to maintain quality and stability of finished goods.
