- Plans, controls and directs activities of developing sales volume and profit target of packaging coatings and to develop potential sales from the markets for the company’s products
- Promote packaging coating business including the projects and business follow up, channel set up
- Provide sales technical service to customers which cooperate with other team members
- Develops and maintains sales strategies to increase sales and profits through developing new customers and expanding share with current customers
- Liaise with global product management to identify and implement initiatives to accelerate growth
- Periodically presenting current plans and long-range business plan and objectives and analysis of their progressive attainment to line manager
- Identifying and developing opportunities for sales growth for the company’s products and services across packaging coatings market
- Assisting in the timely development of both new and existing products
- Implementing sales strategies, within approved company policies
- Developing, maintaining, and managing good working relationships with both external customer and internal colleagues
- Interface with regional and international colleagues on market intelligence and account management & strategy issues.
- Assist regional sales staff as needed on teams, projects, initiatives and tasks as identified by the region
- Maintain compliance with company’s code of business conduct, policies and procedures, management systems, and all applicable environmental, health, safety, and other regulations
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with the requirements of local health and safety regulation
