Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Materials Science or Rubber Materials
  • >8 years related working experience
  • Fluent English both for oral and written
  • Computer skill (Email, MS-office) 
  • Personality (open communication, sharing information in professional way)
  • Accurate reporting

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for the application of Adhesives & Bonding products in CoE and provide timely testing reports
  • Support scale up line trial in customer production for both new products and existing products.
  • Provide training (internal / external related to testing) and continue improvement in testing lab related work
  • Organize and when need develop improved / new testing methods to enhance our in-house testing capabilities
  • Support technical manager in admin related lab work
  • Maintain a well-organized laboratory (housekeeping) in order to provide a highly productive working environment and keep high SHE standards
  • Contribute in building and maintain relationship with sales/customers/agents in order to enhance communication and goodwill 诚实可信ementuirement
