- In Charge of sales in Anhui and North of China.
- Ask for the order and close sales at every opportunity and /or assist the agent to do the same, where appropriate. Deliver agreed sales target for designated products in desired market segments by proper account selection, development and management. Increase Stahl market share in target market segments.
- Train and advise customers and agents on knowledge, production technology, use of machinery and the use of Stahl products and technology in order to promote customers’ confidence in Technical Advisors and products
- Foster good relationship with customers through technical support, business support and entertainment in order to better understand customers and their needs and secure sales.
