WHAT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: 

This role will be responsible for order processing and preparation of full set of export shipping documentations.

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

  • Customer service duties which include:
    • Order processing and preparation of full set of export shipping documentations
    • Invoicing, Packing list, Bill of lading
    • Cert of Origin / FORM E 
    • Preparation of shipping documents under Letters of Credit
    • Liaising with shipping company
  • Effectively communicating with various internal and external customers in APAC and globally.
  • Understanding of customers’ requirements, order process and establishing a win-win outcome to ensure smooth delivery of products to provide excellent services to customers and distributors.
  • Ensuring all LC / shipping document submission to bank or customers with zero discrepancy within stipulated working days.


SKILL REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Customer service duties which include:
  • At least "O"/"A" level or Diploma in relevant discipline.
  • At least 3 years of related working experience.
  • Good working knowledge of SAP R/3 system is preferred.
  • Knowledge in Incoterms and Letters of Credit verification.
  • Possess positive attitude, self-motivated with excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Keen interest to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work with passion and accountability.
  • Able to start work within short notice.
