WHAT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: 

This role will be responsible for the quality control testing activities in the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

  • Handle daily Quality Control Product testing in support of manufacturing, incoming inspection, and recurring inspection.
  • Assist in root cause analysis involving product quality complaint and production reject investigation, checking records and conduct stability study. 
  • Handle tasks assigned by supervisor in support of continuous improvement Quality Assurance targets such as First-Time Right and manufacturing performance indices.
  • Assist in maintenance of ISO 9001 Quality system in terms of documentation, internal audits and good laboratory practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess at least a Nitec/Diploma in Chemical related discipline.
  • Prior working experience in QC function in chemical manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Experience in operating Gas Chromatograph, Differential Scanning Calorimeters, Autotitrator and Karl Fisher Titrator.
