WHAT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: 

This role will be responsible to execute and perform operational tasks related to their work routine, possessing technical knowledge in their area, in accordance with established practices, policies, and guidelines, and following the definitions of the Integrated Management System (IMS) and Human Resources Management System (HSE), focusing on quality, deadlines, cost, and continuous improvement.

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

MAIN ACTIVITIES
• Collaborate on R&D projects, under supervision.

• Assist Technicians in product development, including new product development and the introduction of products from other Stahl production plants to Portão.

• Assist in homologation projects with alternative suppliers of local and imported raw materials, giving the company more flexibility in terms of price and demand.

• Assist R&D Technicians in monitoring the production of pilot batches, supporting Production, and testing raw materials and products that are out of specification.

• Inclusion of formulations in SAP.

• Assist R&D Technicians in preparing Logsheets and specifications for developed and finished products.

• Keep the database updated with MSDS and TDS received from the supplier of new raw materials.

• Keep the database updated regarding the receipt of raw material samples.

• Collaborate in the development of new products according to market needs.

• Maintenance and development of new methodologies in the analytical laboratory.
