Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Herstellen von Polymeren durch Polyaddition oder Polymerisation
  • Anlagenbedienung: Rüsten, Bedienung und Überwachung von Produktionsanlagen und -maschinen.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Probenahme und Analyse zur Überprüfung der Produktqualität, Durchführung von chemischen Analysen (z. B. pH-Wert, Viskosität, Dichte) und Anwendung von Labortechniken zur Sicherstellung der Produktstandards.
  • Dokumentation von Produktionsprozessen und -ergebnissen, einschließlich der Erstellung von Berichten und Protokollen.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Kenntnisse in der Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Qualität.
  • Abfüllung chemischer Produkte unter Einhaltung geltender Vorschriften inkl. interner Warentransport
  • Reinigung und vorbeugende Wartungsaufgaben
