Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Printing Engineering, Coatings or related fields, with solid professional knowledge.
5+ years of working experience in the chemical industry or packaging coatings field; familiar with the characteristics and applications of water-based coatings, UV coatings, etc.
Good command of English, capable of daily communication, reading technical materials and writing English reports with solid reading and writing skills.
Familiar with basic principles of sales and marketing, with excellent communication, coordination and business negotiation skills.
Strong problem analysis and decision-making ability, able to work independently in complex environments and propose effective solutions.
Good cross-cultural communication skills, able to adapt to a diverse customer environment and manage cultural differences effectively.
Excellent team player, able to collaborate with sales, R&D and other departments to drive efficient project execution.

Job Responsibilities
Provide professional technical support to customers, resolve technical issues related to packaging coatings, and ensure smooth production operations.
Participate in technical and commercial negotiations, assist the sales team in project implementation, and enhance customer satisfaction and cooperation depth.
Conduct formula adjustment and optimization for performance issues encountered during printing, to improve printing quality and product competitiveness.
Organize and conduct technical seminars and training sessions to enhance customers’ understanding of product performance and applications, and strengthen brand influence.
Collaborate closely with the R&D team, participate in new product development and key project promotion, ensuring technical solutions meet market demands.
Establish and maintain good relationships with printing plants and key customers, improving customer loyalty and long-term partnership.
Prepare technical documents, product certification reports and relevant materials, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with customer requirements and regulations.
